Creme Brulee


Creme Brulee is a famous dessert that, translated into English means "burnt creme". It can be made many different ways like Creme au Caramel and Crema Catalana. Creme brulee is made with a rich custard and based with a topping of caramel. It is then burned with a butane torch until the sugar comes to the top coat. The flavoring can be enhanced with vanilla, fruit, and liquer.
